Bangsaku

Aku dah banyak kali jadi panel interviewer untuk memilih kakitangan baru tapi aku frust betul dengan gender dan bangsa sejenisku....lelaki dan melayu.Hampir 90%,gagal dalam interview dan bila suruh buat sales....semua kecut perut so patutlah bangsaku gagal dalam perniagaan. Aku rasa kita kena tengok balik atau review sistem pendidikan kita dari sekolah rendah,menengah dan universiti. Camne ye??????

    Bagi chance la beb. Kita kat m'sia jgn belagak. Dulu rasa2 nya awak pun English merangkak. PPSMI terus maju

    Aku risau melayu akan hilang jati diri...bahasa melambangkan bangsa,sebabtu aku bangga jadi orang kelantan,kat mana kita bermastautin,bahasa dan budaya kelate akan diamalkan dengan penuh bangga.Sampai lani,aku makan budu,nasi kerabu,dagang,berlauk.Aku dulu belajar dalam bahasa melayu tapi boleh bercakap orang putih dan cukup berani buat sales.

    it is not the issue of "bagi chance" or not.it is about the quality and standard of our young graduate...they think that with their degree or whatever paper they have, they will get the job easily... if we keep on saying 'tak-per', 'give chance' they will take it for granted... they will never realize that self improvement and keeping themselves to the high standard of industry requirement are the most critical factors in getting the job as well as to market their individual personality... Don't give chance.. select only the best...

    that's okay becoz only 10% are selected but how to improve the remaining 90% which carry a very big portion.

    Aku cukup yakin orang yang suka buat sales sentiasa bangun awal pagi...proven,post comment pun pukul 6.37 pagi.Ape macam en Sabri,Ramli dan Mie Abas...boleh pakai tak teori ni.
